הדפס חלבון מודבק על גבי כרטיס בתבנית Cabinet card, מתצלום שבו נראה בנימין זאב הרצל נואם בפתיחת הקונגרס הציוני השני בעיר בזל, שוויץ, ביום 27 באוגוסט 1898. משמאל להרצל נראה מקס נורדאו ומימינו, ד"ר מנדלשטם. מעל ליציע, נראית מפת ארץ ישראל. בגב הכרטיס שעליו הודבק התצלום, הוטבעה חותמת הצלם אשר הפיק תצלום זה: Emil Buri, Basel. על פי החותמת שבגב התצלום, הוא נתרם לספרייה הלאומית בראשית המאה העשרים על ידי ד"ר יוסף חזנוביץ', ביאליסטוק. |
