גלויה בלתי מחולקת ובה רפרודוקציה מתצלום של נשיאות כינוס היסוד של תנועת "המזרחי". כינוס זה נערך בעיר ברטיסלבה (פרשבורג), סלובקיה (אז: תחת שלטון אוסטרו-הונגריה) בחודש אוגוסט 1903, בראשותו של הרב יצחק יעקב ריינס (יושב במרכז השורה הראשונה). יושב, ראשון משמאל: הרב יהודה לייב פישמן-מימון. בפינה השמאלית התחתונה של התצלום צויינה השנה העברית: 5163 (תרס"ג). גלויה זו לא היתה בשימוש ואין עליה מידע באשר למקום הפקתה.
